We’ve had the Zwilling Toro steak knife set for a few years now. Great knives. They hold an edge well, comfortable in your hand and beautiful to look at with the colored wood handles. The only issue we have is when you set the knife on the edge of the plate or table (before dinner!), the knife rolls to blade edge up. As long as you you place it, say between the fork tinges.
