Complete garbage. Wood is thin & cracks as soon as you try assembling. I followed the very basic, pictorial directions and used all included hardware and before the frame was even assembled, the wood on all sides cracked and split where the screws were put in and the whole thing fell apart. This faucet is for a new single smallish size sink in a small utility room. The sink is replacing a huge and awkward laundry sink. I have a pull out single handle faucet in the kitchen and love the way it handles. I was glad to find such a faucet at reasonable price for an area that is dominated by a large air conditioning unit. Only gave this four stars because I don't know if it will hold up as well as a more high end one. Also I am not a fan of shiny chrome, but did not want to spend more money for a better finish..
