It is a beautiful sink. Really nice tone of warm white porcelain with an interesting, detailed edge. It sits above the antique vanity we converted, but not too high, and has a nice, deep bowl, which prevents splashing. I am partial to widespread faucets, which this allows. I am removing one star due to a manufacturer’s defect where there’s a blemish on the porcelain, but this seems to be a one-off as it appeared really well packed. The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
