I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. The extra-long hose easily reaches every corner of the sink, making rinsing dishes, produce, and the sink itself much easier. I especially like the gravity ball retraction system, which smoothly pulls the spray head back into place every time without any fuss. The three spray modes are incredibly useful. Whether I need a steady stream for filling pots, a standard spray for washing dishes, or the more powerful sweep mode for rinsing away food residue, switching between them is quick and effortless. The included plastic wrench tool was a brilliant addition and made tightening hard-to-reach fittings much easier than expected. I always see these type of microwaves when I visit my relatives and ever since then I have wanted to get one myself.
