Sometimes it gives measurements in cups, sometimes, in grams, and sometimes in mL. It also sometimes explains how to make components, like simple syrup, but sometimes doesn’t, like water sugar. Overall the product seems good, but the instruction booklet left much to be desired. We made the mango sherbet but with strawberries instead of mang, and it was delicious but hard to scrape out of the container because the edges froze more than the middle. Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last.
