The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Bought this grill in November 2020. Just stopped working Jan 2023. Supposed to be 3 year warranty. Have contacted customer support and they responded with more questions but after 2 returned phone messages and three reply emails they are not responding. So far not impressed with customer service.
