I needed a free standing towel rack that took up limited space. This one is fully functional but very compact. The base is weighted as described and not likely to fall over. I am satisfied with my purchase except for what was described as floor protectors for the base. The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for.
