Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. This butcher block is absolutely wonderful. It's big, beautiful, very well made and heavy. Exceeded my expectations. I was lucky enough to get it while on sale. But it's very much worth it. Overall happy with the purchase. I will say this is absolutely a 2 person job and if you’re a novice like I am…be prepared to spend several hours. Lots of pieces and lots of steps. My only complaints are that the pictures don’t show that you will have shiny silver screws standing out against your white cabinet (nothing a little spot paint won’t hide though) and even after 30 mins we could not get the doors to meet perfectly without scrubbing and finally just left a small gap. The only qualm I have is that I thought it would be baby blue like the photos, though the description said teal. It is more of a teal shade than baby blue.
