Fantastic idea, great quality, and well constructed for the bear. However, the elf is poorly designed and cheaply made. As soon as I removed the Elf from the bag, his head fell off and I had to reattach his head. I also had to Jerry rig his body to the bear because one of his pins broke off. The elf has two pins aka small rods that are inserted into the bear for stability purposes.
