I wished like heck they would add an arrow on the actual filter cartridge itself the correct water "flow" direction... I note flow direction is on the label, but I took label off and now not sure correct installation direction. One end has a rubber gasket, other end does not. Let me guess and put the gasket "up". I took one star off because after my discussion with customer service, it was told me that there was a opening for pipes to come in at the bottom of the base, there wasn't any opening at the bottom of the base it was completely solid. However the tub is beautiful and will work out perfectly in our new bathroom redo! Delivery was wonderful once the date was scheduled and the folks that delivered it, were helpful and polite.. Sonia.
