Even the best knife will lose its initial sharpness during the course of time. Using sharpening steel each time you use your knives will keep the edge aligned, resulting in a sharper, safer knife.

I bought this scissor 55 years ago in Germany before I got married and moved to the US. I have used this scissor almost every day and it works as well as 55 years ago. I also bought this scissor for my 2 sons with colored handles. The color has faded but the scissors work well.
