I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. Despite its strong suction (up to 1100 CFM), it operates surprisingly quietly, which is a big plus in an open kitchen. The touchless control feature is also a standout. You can turn it on or off just by waving your hand, which is super convenient when your hands are messy from cooking. It offers four power levels, so you can adjust the suction based on what you’re making, from light stir-frying to heavy-duty searing. Overall, it’s easy to use, effective, and thoughtfully designed. I haven't fully finished it up yet as I didn't have a stapler but do have the other tools required. I plan to top it with a butcher block which should pair well with my envisioned vibe. The process of the instructions seems informative enough though they were torn. Much better instructions than some other companies provide. Overall packaging is good, everything is included and packed in seperated boxes with protective material. The quality feels sturdy. I like the clean lines and how the white looks. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet.
