Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. I haven't fully finished it up yet as I didn't have a stapler but do have the other tools required. I plan to top it with a butcher block which should pair well with my envisioned vibe. The process of the instructions seems informative enough though they were torn. Much better instructions than some other companies provide. Overall packaging is good, everything is included and packed in seperated boxes with protective material. The quality feels sturdy. I like the clean lines and how the white looks.
