I love this frig. Had it for a week now. It is perfect and HUGE. The description says yes for Door in door, but it does not have that. I was not interested in that feature anyways. For our needs, I think the size of both the fridge and freezer are lacking. For example, if we were having a party and catered food, a standard full size tray would not fit the depth of the refrigerator shleves. The icemaker works very well, but can overflow. Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice. I have a lot of high- end knives and was debating on pulling the trigger on a Yani since I'm not a sushi chef or a pro but I've been mesmerized by this knife for a couple years. I'm so happy I got it, it's a work of art! I've used it to fillet a few fish I've caught and for slicing roasts and steaks, haven't noticed it " steering" me due to single bevel, it's so sharp and has perfect weight. Not a laser like a Yu so I've got more confidence if I'm cutting a rib roast or something with a bone-in. Beautiful work of functional art. Haven't had to sharpen yet but will definately do it myself, I'm confident in my ability to sharpen and not scratch it. It is one fine tool. BTW, it's not my most expensive knife. This is a beautifully crafted knife. The blade is beautiful and made with the devotion that Japanese craftsmen are famous for. The wooden handle is a lovely dark brown and fits nicely in my hand. This is more than a kitchen knife, it is a piece of art and deserves special care. No dishwasher, dry immediately after use and store such that it won't nick you or be nicked by other cutlery.. The high-performance Japanese AUS10A blade is highly refined, high carbon, vanadium stainless steel that takes a razor-sharp edge and holds it longer. The brisket knife’s long, narrow blade makes it easy to slice larger cuts of meat in a single pass to ensure more of the juices and flavor stay inside the meat. The long, razor-sharp blade ensures slices will look beautiful, too, since there’s no need to saw back and forth. Hollow-ground indentations on the blade help food release more easily and the rounded tip makes the knife safer and easier to use. The included wooden saya, or sheath, protects the blade and makes it simple to transport to a barbeque or celebration taking place away from home. This Shuns brisket slicing knife is part of the Shun kaiso series. Kanso is a design principle based on zen philosophy. It means “simplicity,” but simplicity is achieved by eliminating the nonessential. In keno, QKA/Shun took away anything that doesn’t matter and kept everything that does: high-performance steel, razor-sharp edge, perfect balance, and precision cutting control. Kanso's Heritage finish hides scratches and gives Kanso a rustic look that just improves with age. The handle is made of a wood called Tagayasan or wenge, which is sometimes known in Japan as “iron sword wood.” the handle contouring enables an easy chef's grip. Like all Shun knives, Kanso is sharpened to a 16° cutting angle on each side to cut cleanly and help preserve food’s freshness and best taste.
