Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. Years ago, we installed a hunter green door with a digital lock in Texas, and it was fantastic. However, we eventually had to replace the digital lock. Unfortunately, the company shifted to high-volume production and now only offers key locks. Aside from that, it's a sturdy door. We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing! Seems good so far, with some caveats. The door and the frame came in good condition. Unfortunately there are absolutely NO instructions. Other reviewers complained that there were no pre-drilled holes. It took a bit of trying before I figured out how to attach the hinges and drill the holes in the doors and frame. So that was not a problem. However, there are two major problems: 1. There are absolutely no instructions on how to adjust the tension in the hinges. I had to spend a lot of time on youtube to get some information though nothing specific to these particular hinges which are different from what I could see, so, even though my doors are installed, they do not swing perfectly. I asked a builder to take a look and adjust them. 2. There's absolutely nothing for attaching the frame to the wall, not only no pre-drilled holes but no suggestions on how to do it either. In the end I just drilled 3 holes in each frame and screwed them to the wall. You need very long screws as you need to get them through the longest side of the frame.
