I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. We decided to refloor our rental trailer, and this flooring was great for the job. Since it is water repellent, we could use it throughout the trailer, including the bathrooms. Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! This 32 inch prep station sink with offset drain includes a bottom grid, colander, and roll-up-mat to provide you the most efficient experience possible. This small-radius sink (SR) is designed with  different tiered levels at its edges which allows kitchen tasks to be completed at the optimal height with the most efficiency. Functional accessories fit on the ledges to customize the workspace to the specific use and their task. The drain is side set and can be installed so it is on the left or right side of the sink. The colander can be used to help hold, wash and rinse utensils or produce. The included stainless steel roll up mat lets you air dry glassware or can be placed on the countertop as a trivet.  The bottom grid with rubber feet protect the basin’s shine. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware. And the beveled bottom around the drain whisks away water for quicker disposal conveniently aided by the included colander drain.
