I had this Bissell before and loved it. My son accidentally threw it out. I had to get another. I have two Aussies and three cats. My other one had a retractable cord and this one didn’t. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Replaced 12 year old GE convection that kept blowing cooktop bulbs. Simple install, similar controls as my older version, sans convection that I don’t think I ever used. We followed the instructions to install, and then figure out that it would have fit exactly into the old frame, so wasted about an hour removing the old wall connections…. Great having a dial to easily add seconds, or can just hit 30 second button a few times. LOVE the pull out vent that covers the entire cook surface!
