The good and the bad: The GOOD - 75 gallons, is sturdy, is attractive, basic design is excellent, excellent followup customer service. The BAD - product was shipped in a plastic bag allowing the spigot to be half-way torn away, spigot is lightweight. My solution: rather than exchange it for another with no guarantee it wouldn't be damaged during shipment I replaced the spigot and threaded section with a more substantial bulkhead union and a more robust spigot. I had a very hard time finding a refrigerator that wasn't too deep for our bar area. I really appreciate that this one is available and has less depth than most minibar fridges. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable.
