I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products. I installed the Audra Max in our new home bathroom. The seams are truly invisible. I self leveled the concrete slab and my wife said that this floor is both beautiful and easy to clean. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. I have a floating plywood floor over the carpet in my sewing room. I had put peel and stick tiles on it. The were peeling up. I wanted one continuous piece of linoleum instead of the 12 in peel and stick. I found this flooring and 1 roll was exactly enough to do my floating floor. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I used this peel and stick tiles for a garage bathroom floor to give it a more masculine feel. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. Best decision I ever made. These look like an odd choice but they are absolutely gorgeous. My mom thought I was crazy for ordering samples of a few of some of the colors, but even she loved them when they came in. There was no other option once we saw them in person. It’s cheap to order a sample. Just do it! The colors are gorgeous!!!! I didn’t do a pattern like they have on some of their photos. The colors are so rich that they don’t need the added drama of a pattern. I got the dark red color and installed it in my still unfinished kitchen. I’ve attached a photo of that. But I also got the light blue and I love it even more! I’m installing that in my bathroom next week. I’ll post pictures of that too if I remember. I would do every room in my house a different color if I had the money to do it. Self install was super easy, I’d never done it before. Gorgeous. Gorgeous. Gorgeous!
