Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. We bought and installed this sink in May of 2021. Sink is to replace a builder-grade double sink. We are extremely happy with the Kohler K-5290 stainless steel sink. The 9" deep bowl accommodates all of our pot and pans for easy cleaning. Quality of the stainless steel material is excellent. Kohler should seriously consider improving upon the sound dampening qualities of the sink. We installed dampening wrap on the sink prior to install. My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy..
