This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. Loved the look of this, however it cracked along the seem of the hole between tank and bottom when installing. You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair. Works great! I replaced a 30 year old toilet that was low flow and just had so many plumbing issues that could not push the paper through the clean out, not enough water flow to clear the lines. I finally had my yearly plumber call figure out the problem he suggested a pressurized toilet! Yay no more annual visit from the plumber nice guy but cost more than the toilet x 30 years! I LOVE flushing this toilet!! I know it sounds ridiculous, but every time I flush I gush about how cool this toilet is. My husband even remarked how unique the flush is. Not to mention it does a great job cleaning his firecracker turds. This toilet is so much easier to clean. Traditional toilets have seemingly 100 little holes that get all dirty. This one has one giant hole, a little trough and done! So easy to keep clean. The chair height is comfortable for most people (it’s too tall for my 4’11” stature, but I make it work).
