The cabinets just need to be adjusted and I feel the packaging could have been better to prevent things from shifting so much, there was no support other than an empty box inside both cabinets, I feel they should replace that with a solid block of styrofoam. One side came with more of a gap between the cabinets and need to be adjusted more than the other side. This is heavy and very well-made and all the drawers and doors operate smoothly and are positioned exactly/ symmetrically . Quality is great out the box. It is surprisingly wood on the inside, lacquered within an inch of its life on the outside. Measurements are accurate. We will need to trim 1/2 in off each side so we'll see how it turns out. Would have been less worrying if the white was paint rather than lacquer which risks chipping and peeling. Biggest issue was getting the bottom side drawers open. It ships with knobs turned inward. You'll need suction cups or the thinnest allen wrench possible to wedge into the openings to pull drawer out. There is no interior/back access. More annoying than a problem.. Burcu. Woodside, NY.
