The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
