The POW/MIA flag commemorates the sacrifice of American soldiers who are either missing in action, or prisoner's of war. The motto, "You are not forgotten" is emblazoned underneath the profile of Jeffery Heisley, a soldier of the U.S. Marine Corps who was taken as a POW during Vietnam.
