Many parts in the first couple of steps are located inside a box, inside the main part of the grill. I did not see them until I was further into the assembly. But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. The heat distribution is different than our last grill, but Ill get the used to the new heating optio soon enough. Again, great looking unit once set up. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect. We bought the griddle to go inside of the grill and I cook everything on it! We also bought the matching Pizza oven and it made my outdoor kitchen complete. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine.
