My old Black Decker lasted 18 years and finally wouldn’t steam any longer. I looked in the local stores and they now are showing the newer models of irons with the very pointed front ends and not much area to iron on even in the middle of these irons. I checked Wayfair which is the place to go when you can’t locate the items anywhere else and sure enough they had this Black Decker Classic Iron. It is perfect, even better than my older model, good looking, easy to operate and to fill for steaming I could not locate it in any of the stores in my area but found it on Wayfair. I really hope anyone would order this to give it a try if you need a replacement iron or don’t care for the irons with the really pointed front ends. You would love it.. Marlene. Anoka, MN.
