This is a very nice quality water hyacinth wicker Kleenex box cover. The bottom is open, but it does have an elastic cord to hold the Kleenex box in if you move it. It is a nice size and will fit any of the square boxes of Kleenex. We have purchased these types of things before only to find that many are too small to fit the Kleenex box not this one! I like it. Latch, hinges, and lid work well. Looks good. Craftsmanship could be better (fit). Meant for z-fold tissues; not c-fold. I put cork pads on feet to eliminate sliding on countertop. Update: So I've had this since 12/23, and I have one complaint. C-fold tissues will not "pop-up" through the slot. Just something to be aware of.
