I only gave this review 4 Stars!! Here is why, 1) Took over a month to get the bed!! 2) When you read the Specifications, Adult Assembly Required states NO!! This is completely UNTRUE!! The 9-Leg Heavy Duty metal bed frame was all in pieces!! Normally with a Bed Frame, you just need to line up and snap together!! ( NOT THIS BED FRAME!! )The paperwork doesn't even help show, which way the clamps go on or how to line up the clamps to the Frame!! After 2 hours, just trying to put this frame together, which kept falling apart, i had to call Wayfair to explain the problem!! Wayfair sent me a link to Strobel web site home page. The phone number on the website calls the actually owners who are Robin and Mark Strobel. Mark Strobel used facetime and spent 30 mins on the phone to help me put this frame together. ( THANKS ROBIN AND MARK!! ) The Rest of the bed set up was simple!! 3) Time to Fill the bed with water!! The Plastic piece you are given for hook up from the kitchen Faucet to your Garden hose, is a piece of Junk!! The Plastic piece leaked the whole time while filling up the bed!! Once the waterbed was filled, The Plastic piece broke when removing from the kitchen Faucet!! TIME FOR THE BEST PART OF THIS STORY!! The bed is Amazing!! Feels so good on my back!!
