I am a former restaurant manager and this kitchen faucet is restaurant grade and is amazing! You can use the long reaching spray hose to spray off dirty dishes, fill a pot of water with the side faucet, and shut them both off with the water release valve - this is higher and better quality than most of the designs for home use --- I HIGHLY recommend this Kitchen Faucet.
