We recently downsized to a 2 bedroom condo and I’d like to keep things simple and functional. I’m very pleased and impressed by how well it supports my 65” TV, it feels sturdy, heavy, and stable. Tv floor stand mount will work for the purpose but not something I would want for daily use as it is crooked and that would make me crazy. It was very easy to put together with more than enough parts and options for different set ups and tvs. One other thing it doesn’t tell you is if your tv doesn’t match (which mine did) you may have to purchase an attachment.
