The sink looks beautiful. Waiting to be installed. The only flaw I noticed was around the drain hole. The metal seems showing darker and is not gold like the rest of the sink. It is not noticeable unless you look directly at it. Not sure how cleaning of this sink will be. the space for the drain is narrow. Can only access with a tooth brush to clean. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. I am 100% convinced that the sink is never going to move with these underneath it. Highly recommend this product should you ever find yourself in the need for support!. Dale. New Mexico. Miyabi 5000 FCD Shotoh, 13cm blade. The photos, or petty knife, is ideal for the preparation of smaller cuts of meat and fruit, and vegetables. It has a fine carbide steel core with a hardness that gives very good cutting edge retention and initial sharpness. The core is embedded in 48 layers of steel which gives each blade its unique Damascus-design pattern. Razor-like sharpness is achieved by a three-stage grinding, sharpening, and polishing process called Honbazuke honing. The entire length of the cutting edge can be used as there is no finger guard. For best care, wash by hand, and maintain and sharpen using whetstones. We’d recommend using a wooden chopping board as opposed to glass, ceramic, or stone boards as these will dull the cutting edge.
