The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great so far! I’ve only made bread and it did have a head bounce when the dough got thick so I didn’t like that :(. Other than that it came with a decent amount of attachments and the bowl having a light is awesome. I also love that I can tilt the head back instead of having to lift the bowl out like my old mixer. This one is also a little lighter than my old one which is also nice. I hope this won’t end up getting messed up from mixing a lot and I may try to get some upgrades for the head bounce soon..
