On top of that, one of the door hinges arrived dented, so we had to purchase a new pack ourselves. Strangely, the set came with extras of every other screw except for the door hinges. Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. We found that attaching and aligning the doors was easier with 2 people. Aligning the doors took some patience but once we got the hang of the hinge adjustment, we got it done.. Robert. It looks great, awesome amount of storage. I settled on getting this item instead of a solid wood option due to cost. It likely will not survive a move (it is mostly mdf).
