Bought as a replacement tub for remodel, not a new build space. Actual tub is 18 of inch bigger than dimensions listed and also in the product packaging!!! We had to rip out our drywall and trim down studs to fit it in our replacement tub space 60 inch standard. Tub install directions are thorough explains putting thinsetmortar under tub. Finish is shiny. We bought the drain from Kingston brass, as other ones will not fit under it correctly we found. Can’t wait to have a bath! Love this tub faucet for our new free-standing tub. I wanted something traditional with pretty clean lines and I personally didn’t want the tub filler on the floor. This one fit the bill perfectly. It works great, although if I turn it on full-blast the water does hit the side of the tub and splashes on the floor just a little bit. I just don’t turn it on full-blast! Also I was a little disappointed that when it was installed the handles didn’t go straight across, they pointed down somewhat when completely closed.
