I like the firmness of the mattress. Combined with a memory foam mattress topper this mattress is very comfortable. This bed is the most comfortable bed we have had. It is soft and cushiony, but makes you feel comfortably supported at the same time. My wife is like princess and the pea (pressure points in shoulders and backache from too firm, muscle aches from too soft, etc), but with this mattress she finally sleeps through the night and feels good upon waking..
