I am so excited about having this new modernized toilet. Just having to push a button with your foot or with your finger on the side is wonderful! No more handles for me and I am so happy about that because I am a germophobe. I wash my hands so much and now this will help me tremendously! The toilet has a siphon flush. It just sucks it right down with such a high speed and only uses a gallon of water. Absolutely great on the water bill and it looks wonderful too! Will be easy to clean as it is just one piece with no tank! Definite big plus as well! One thing about the install just measure your space, we wanted to put this in a smaller area in our bathroom, but it did not fit so we put it in our guest bath, which is OK because now everybody will get to see this awesome toilet from WAYFAIR!
