The adjustable frame is great! I have metastatic breast cancer that has moved into my spine and pelvis, so I needed to be able to adjust the bed in different ways in order to make myself more comfortable. I love the USB outlets and the lights under the frame. The frame was very easy to assemble provided you have someone to do the heavy lifting. Speaking of which, the only problem I had was with the delivery. FedEx placed the package all the way across my front steps, so there was no way to exit the front of the house. My neighbor had to come move the box, then we held the front door open while he slid the box into the house. I am so impressed with how great this bed looks. As far as durability, I am using it around an adjustable base, so the base is supporting my mattress. But from an aesthetic standpoint, it delivers, and is sturdy enough to provide an attractive wrapper around the base and mattress. It took me about 4 hours to assemble, and it was not hard, but I did it alone, so I was tired at the end. I recommend doing an inventory of all of the pieces before starting, and getting very organized. Some of the pieces are not labeled so this is a critical step. There were a few challenges getting the holes to align, but that was more of a factor of me trying to build this around an existing base, so the access to the final screws that attached the headboard were challenging. I think if you have a super heavy mattress and are using the slats, it may not be up to the task, but for others price you can't beat the look. Overall very pleased.. Mary. San Francisco, CA. It’s what I expected! I bought in 2 different colors. I do not care about the wrinkles in it my kids are young and don’t care. It is very light weight and fluffy that’s all my kids wanted. I did wash them first before I put them on. There wasn’t a smell but you should always wash bedding before laying in it.
