When I received this product I was pleasantly surprised of how amazing this was packaged, everything besides a tools you need you get even the plumbers tape which is a bonus. The build quality is great and everything has been thought out. I installed the unit myself and ducting and mount points were in perfect spots and worked perfect. Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. Looks beautiful!! Love it!! Even on the quiet mode it is somewhat louder than expected. It really moves the smoke and smells out of the house though!!
