I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This fryer is bigger than I thought I love the extended prep area on the side and the handle on the opposite side to move it. The containers for the fryer are big and it comes with two big burners, also it has the baskets or strainers with their clips to let the oils drip out of the food and an included thermometer to make sure your oil is at the right temperature.
