Easy to use with no mess! The Model# 1113BK plastic breader box is perfect for breading fish filets and foods for frying. Place breading and seasonings in the bottom box and all thawed foods to be breaded on the sifter. Cover with the lid and shake. Foods bread easily and complete, while excess breading goes back to the bottom of the box for the next shake. Great for breading fish, shrimp, oysters, chicken, soft shell crabs, veal cutlets, pork chops, eggplant, cauliflower, jalapenos and pickles.
