This bed is amazing. I total life saver. After spending a month in the hospital and close to 3 in a physical rehabilitation center, I needed a shorter bed that was adjustable. I feel in love with this bed before I even ordered it. I just knew it was the one. I went from adjustable queen from another company that I needed a step stool to get into. To an xl twin happily with some elastic sheet straps my beloved snoopy sheets fit on my bed and if I have company I can my extra pillows and turn it into a day bed type side so we can watch tv. I have two senior dogs and it gets cold here in the Northeast. The cover on this pet heating pad is so soft and it is removable and can be machine washed. There is a timer setting and the temperature range is from 61-69. The instructions say different temperatures but the ones I mentioned are the ones on the remote. I do like that the cord is protected with a casing around it, my dogs are not chewers but this is a nice feature for the ones that are. I have two smaller dogs so they both fit on this pad. So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US.
