First, the sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. We did find it a bit difficult to connect a couple of the pieces- especially the center bolster was hard to get connected. Its probably because were a little older and the pieces are a bit heavy. Also, despite having heat and massage listed in some of the diagrams about the couch, it doesnt appear to have it. If it does, I cant find it. However, I purchased a massage chair separately that has heat so its not a big deal that the couch doesnt have it... And honestly, this is a very very pretty couch. We have kids, a Belgian Malinois and a GSD puppy (plus a cat ha) Durability, appearance, and not immediately showing dirt so I’m not cleaning over and over each hour are priority. We had to get a 9x12 due to the space, and I genuinely do think it’s a beautiful rug. I ended up using a 14” feltrubber backing pad underneath that’s made a big difference. However, had this rug not been on sale when we purchased it, I would have had a hard time justifying the full retail price. It’s a nice-looking rug and has met our needs, but after several weeks of use, I feel the quality is good—not exceptional.
