This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Beautiful, shades of gray and charcoal. Has veins of gold... the veins are not overpowering and add a little pop. I was worried the gold wouldn't go well or be too much, yet the gold is subtle and picked up the tone of the coffee table and went well with the orange accents. Purchased in two sizes for two rooms. FYI: previous rug was a shag in the living room was 5 x 7, ended up putting the 5 x7 in the den replacing a 6 x 4, and ordered the 6.7 x 9.6 for the living room because the 5 x 7 looked too small replacing the shag... i believe the shag gave off a larger look. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Karndean clean is a pH-neutral, fragrance-free cleaner approved for use with vinyl floors it is all you need to keep your Karndean floor looking its best. When used properly, routine maintenance with Karndean Clean will safely kill and remove germs (just as washing your hands with soap and water does), effectively killing the surface of the floor.
