These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. There are some interesting plastic “pins” that hold the light board fixed. All but 2 of these had broken off and in pieces inside the item. A bit of glue fixed this, but there is some concern it will not age well. Installation a breeze - if you have patience to position it.
