let me put it to you this way, fantastic. Bought this for my two granddaughters and they simply went nuts over it. Swinging, climbing, sliding, gliding and just enjoying themselves to the nines. Especially in these troubling times and not knowing where is safe to go or what regulations or rules they have, this swing set in the backyard is truly a God send. And if proper care is taken, I do believe that it will be around for my great grandchildren. Now as to the the Go Configure folks that built it for me, they are worth every penny they charged. Would have taken me and my friends at least two days to have built this but these guys were pros at it. They were prompt, very professional and did excellent work. The Good: The product itself is great. The quality of the pieces is high. Each piece is stamped with its unique numbers. The hardware bags are well labeled. The bad: The instructions could be 100x easier. There are 6 numbered boxes with TONS of pieces. Do not make the assumption that you start with box 1. The instructions are in Box 3. They refer to piece numbers. Nowhere does it state which box the piece comes in. I highly recommend starting by going through the boxes and just organizing the pieces in some system that makes sense to you. If the company sends me a list of the parts in each box, I would gladly mark up the instructions for the ease of future users. I would do it now but I didn't keep track as I went.
