This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. The swing from Almont Co arrived in 2 boxes ready to be put together. The directions were simple but a little confusing. I also used my own tools to assemble it.
