[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with how this new (to us) Kichler Farum 9.5" 1-Light Wall Sconce with Clear Glass in Chrome looks in our kitchen pantry. It brightens it up so much compared to our previous light fixture and it looks so classy while it's doing it. The clear glass shade of the sconce really lets the light shine through in what was previously a pretty dark little room. The chrome is beautiful and shiny and rich looking and it's a perfect size for the area we have it in. My husband said that the installation was fairly easy and that the instructions included with it were clear and easy to comprehend. It also complements the rest of the finishes in our kitchen that we have been changing out for chrome. I didn't tell our family members that we had put in a new wall sconce so when they went into the pantry after my husband was finished installing it, we kept hearing "whoa" or "whoa, I can see in here now" from each of them as they opened the door and turned on the light. Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. Looks just like the listing. Black hardware with bubble glass - need to wipe with vinegar if glass is cloudy. Easy to install (I recommend threading the wiring through the chain AND the loop/screw at the top before you install the bracket - you’ll need 2 people, but trying to thread the wires through the top screw after it’s installed would be horrible! You’ll definitely want wire cutters/strippers so you can shorten the very generous length, unless your ceiling is 12-15 feet tall!
