This light fixture is beautiful. Its is heavy and very solid. My husband was able to hang it in about an hour by himself (although it would have been easier with 2 people due to the weight). The 2 temporary bars that allow the fixture to hang while you connect the electric wires was a great idea to make installation easier. It’s lightweight, and very straightforward and easy to assemble. Installation was very standard. No surprises. The bar can be adjusted to whatever height you need it if you know what you’re doing. Would look great in a front entrance, dining room, small living room, study, or even bedroom. The lights are not too bright or overpowering, so it can be whatever you need it to be, wherever you need it to be. I probably would not put it in a large living room, as it is not that big a showpiece, but I guess it depends. Who knows. I ended up putting it in our front entrance. It’s nice.
