This ceiling fan is a wonderful addition to the Kichler Canfield Collection. The 5 blades are pitched 14 degrees to provide optimal airflow. The 172mm x 20mm Motor will provide the quiet power you need. This fan comes complete with a pull chain (3 speeds forward and reverse) and one 4 inch downrod. It is low ceiling adaptable.

Fan is very nice looking, sturdy. 2 small issues, the fan came with no assembly instructions which I was able to find on line, there was also some sliver cable attached with the wires and I have no idea what that was for. Horizon 6.5" 3000K LED Downlight with Polycarbonate White Diffuser in White Finish. This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult.
