This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. Very brite, modern but looks very nice in a more country bath also. Easy to clean and very pleased with how easily it was to hang. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. It would look nice in a modern city or industrial stlye room to a more simple cottage or rustic room . Fits in with almost any decor. Bulbs easy to change. Very satisfied. The three lights make for a perfect vanity light for doing makeup or hair. No excessively brite but perfect size for average size bath or prep , dressing room.
